    The staff was great, even with our dog. Breakfast was good, setting a great tone for our days in the city.

    My wife says that the limited room service menu could be better for families with children.

    Had really really nice stay overall, luxurious place and the weather was lovely. The room was extremely pleasant and reasonably priced with luxury bathroom and free Wi-Fi and a mini refrigerator. The location was incredible and lovely, for example, Railway Museum was not very far from the hotel. The food in the casual restaurant was splendid and outstanding.

    The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless , large,and handsomly decorated. Could be romantic even. Big fluffy robes to use at the spa or from the shower. Parking was there but you had to pay 15 Euro/night. Great location. Close to the city but in a secluded area that you thought you were far from town. Very nice outdoor dining area.

    The breakfast was 20 euros/ person. Considering the price of the hotel it should have been included.

    tiny pool and tinier turkish bath and limited evening opening hours. rooms a bit cramped "twin room" did not contain two beds!!!

    The equipment of a five-star hotel here is comfortable. The staff is doing polite correspondence. The check-in was done at once when asking to want you to keep luggage because I had arrived at early time. It was correspondence very glad.

    It was not possible to sleep because the sound of air-conditioning was annoying. The cleaning is not complete to the room. There was dust on the table and the television board etc. The floor was also dirty by the dust. I did not settle down, and cleaned it by myself. I think a clean feeling of the hotel to be an overarching point very much. It is regrettable.

    It was just a well-suited match for a weekend trip in Utrecht with great value for the money. The staff were cute and made the stay more enjoyable. Finding taxis was a bit tricky, so check the directions beforehand.

    This hotel is a true credit to the Netherlands. The Superior rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and really do have a luxury feel. The hotel staff are absolutely brilliant, with nothing too much trouble. The hotel is very conveniently located for access to the railway station, and Utrecht's wonderful canalside restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away.

    That's good. Friendly and Comfortable. Fruits was free for guest. And when i use a sauna, drinks also was free. Beutiful garden and buiding!
